bigbd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bigbd" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bigbd.io, operated by an internationally licensed offshore gaming entity.
• "Platform" means the bigbd website, mobile browser interface, all associated software, games, betting markets, payment infrastructure, and customer-facing services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bigbd Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a User upon successful registration on bigbd.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a User's Account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), including any bonus funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User from their own financial accounts via an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus or deposit must be bet before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by bigbd before processing a User's first withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territories" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the bigbd Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

By registering an Account, accessing the bigbd Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game made available through bigbd, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the bigbd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bigbd will endeavour to notify registered Users of material changes via email or an on-Platform notification, but such notification does not alter the User's obligation to review the Terms independently.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bigbd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

To be eligible to register and use bigbd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of bigbd, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not using the Platform in a professional capacity on behalf of another person or entity without explicit written authorisation from bigbd;
• You have not previously been excluded from the bigbd Platform or had an Account closed for a breach of these Terms.

bigbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a User cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they meet the eligibility requirements, bigbd will suspend or permanently close the relevant Account. Any Real Money Funds held in a closed underage Account will be returned. Any winnings generated in an underage Account will be forfeited in their entirety.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update your Account information promptly whenever any of this information changes.

bigbd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to the Platform. bigbd may at any time, and at its sole discretion, suspend or close an Account where it has reason to believe that the registration information provided was false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bigbd Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. bigbd staff will never ask for your password.

You agree to notify bigbd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or have reason to suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised. bigbd will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of such notification.

bigbd shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or from your own disclosure of those credentials to another person. bigbd may treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

All deposits and withdrawals on the bigbd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bigbd accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bigbd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where bigbd identifies a third-party deposit, the funds will be returned to the source and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must have passed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified Account balance after deducting any Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the User's own name;
• bigbd processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform at the time of the request, subject to verification procedures;
• bigbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it deems this necessary for security or compliance purposes.

bigbd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers such as bKash and Nagad may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. Users are advised to check applicable fees with their payment provider.

bigbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution percentages, which will be stated in full at the point the offer is communicated.

Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Unless otherwise stated, Real Money Funds are used in play before Bonus Funds. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are classified as Bonus Funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements.

bigbd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reason to believe that a User has:

• Created multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once;
• Provided false information during registration;
• Exploited a technical error or software fault to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaged in any pattern of play that bigbd determines, at its reasonable discretion, constitutes bonus abuse.

bigbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform and will take effect from the date of publication.

All bets and game rounds placed on the bigbd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game title. Sport-specific betting rules and game-specific rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the bet being confirmed by the bigbd system. A bet is not valid until you have received a confirmation notification within the Platform. bigbd reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds caused by a system fault, or any other demonstrable error.

For live in-play betting markets, bigbd may suspend markets at any time at its sole discretion, including during periods of significant match events. bets placed during a market suspension will be void. bigbd's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject only to the dispute process set out in Section 15.

Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bigbd does not manipulate game outcomes. Certified RTP percentages for each game are available from the respective game provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bigbd Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or play games;
• Creating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using a false identity;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that bigbd reasonably determines to constitute cheating or unfair play.

bigbd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies and will disclose User information where required to do so by law or in connection with any investigation into illegal activity.

All content on the bigbd Platform, including but not limited to the bigbd brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of bigbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bigbd content without prior written consent.

All third-party game content available on the Platform (including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's terms of use.

bigbd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bigbd implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only and is governed by internal data access controls. bigbd does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by bigbd, subject to any legal obligations that require bigbd to retain certain records. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

bigbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its Platform. The following tools are available to all registered Users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced — not increased — without a mandatory 24-hour review period;
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session end reminders after a User-defined period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a User-defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term Account closure, effective immediately upon request, with no attempt to reverse or circumvent the exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bigbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if bigbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bigbd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

bigbd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. bigbd is not liable for any losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental action, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bigbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

bigbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security concern.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bigbd's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, bigbd encourages you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The majority of disputes can be resolved informally and efficiently through direct communication. bigbd commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a reasoned response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
